Located 310km north of Sydney this isolated and undisturbed town offers a breath of fresh air (pun intended) to those who stumble across this hidden oasis. Located close to Forster/ Tuncurry this beachy town is an ideal holiday destination. Close enough to a residential area that it is not far to go and pick up some supplies. Forster is about a half hour drive away. Seals Rocks also has its own shop located at the top of boat beach, a service station and a takeaway shop. Part from its dirt roads and unspoilt beaches seals rocks is most likely to be known for it lighthouse. This spectacular seals rocks icon was built in the eighteen hundreds and still stands freely today.  What to doNothing! This growing tourist hot spot is the perfect place to come and do absolutely nothing. Those wanting slightly more... seals rocks is a popular surfing and dive spot. There is also a learn to surf school that operates on number ONE beach for those that want to have a crack.  Where to stayThe beauty of this place is there are no big hotels or resorts. Those that visit usually camp or stay in a guest house. Boat beach has many rental places available that look directly over the beach. Number one beach also has a caravan and camping ground located directly across the road.   Image
